Chop & Chat is a private, guided cooking experience designed to bring plant-based skills directly into your kitchen. Whether you’re exploring plant-based eating for your health, or want a fun, interactive evening with a small group, this experience adapts to your needs.

Individuals who want personal, hands-on coaching (perfect if your doctor suggested plant-based eating or you’re curious about adding more vegetables).

What It Is
A 2–3 hour guided session where you’ll cook, learn, and enjoy a seasonal plant-based meal together. You’ll gain hands-on experience with practical skills, cooking techniques, and flavor tips that you can use in your own kitchen long after the session ends.
