Oil-Free Almond Vinaigrette (Whole Food, Plant-Based)

Looking for a creamy, satisfying dressing without the oil? This almond vinaigrette is one of my go-to recipes for adding rich flavor to just about anything—salads, grain bowls, roasted veggies, or crispy tofu. It’s quick to make, full of whole food ingredients, and completely oil-free.

If you’re eating more plants, reducing added oils, or just looking for a fresh take on dressing, this one is a staple worth keeping in your fridge.

🥄 Why I Love This Oil-Free Vinaigrette

Most vinaigrettes rely on oil to carry flavor and create that smooth texture—but you don’t actually need it. Almonds give this dressing a natural creaminess and a nutrient boost, all while staying in line with a whole food, plant-based approach.

It’s:

  • Creamy but light

  • Tangy and bright

  • Versatile (works on just about everything)

  • Loaded with fiber and healthy fats
