🌿 Oil-Free Almond Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients:
- ½ cup almond butter
- ½ cup white wine vinegar
- 4 medjool dates
- 1 large garlic clove
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 2 T onion powder
- ½ t basil
- ¼-½ cup soy milk or other plant-based milk
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Adjust soy milk as needed for your preferred consistency.
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Shake or stir before each use.
